In North America and Europe it is illegal for people to ride in a travel trailer or caravan while it is being towed on a public road.

What?

If it isnt against the law, it should be.

You are towing a vehicle and someone is inside sleeping?

What happens if the hitch somehow comes loose, someone forgot to hook the security chains, or you got a rusty bumper and the whole thing breaks loose? Bye, bye trailer.

Is your sleeping passenger safe then? Yikes!!!

A motor home is one thing, but a hitched on trailer - you better let the kid sleep in the car. Law or no Law, keep your kid safe! Can you ride in a travel trailer while driving in new york?
No you can't ride in a travel trailer in any state.
