How big of a travel trailer can safely pull with an 1995 Dodge Dakota with a V6 Magnum.?

I have a 1995 Dodge Dakota with a v6 Magnum in it. It runs strong an sound. I would like to know what size travel trailer (in feet) that I would be able to pull without putting much strain on the truck. I would especially like to hear from those with first hand experience. How big of a travel trailer can safely pull with an 1995 Dodge Dakota with a V6 Magnum.?
Depends on how much the towing rating of your vehicle is, and the weight of the trailer.

Think small.

Very small popup. Check the towing capacities in your owner's manual. It's going to be pretty low; the problem isn't as much the power of the truck as the suspension and brakes. Dakota's just aren't designed for towing.....
Depends on your truck 600lbs and not a high 1.POP up low profile.
anything up to 1200 pounds on it will be fine, you have to keep im mind that the amount of weight the trailer weighs is on wheels and the truck will pull it real easy, just make sure the trailer has brakes on it,some of the newer ones are light weight and i have seen some as long as 16 feet behind some v-6 engines,so length isn't the issue, weight is,keep the weight to a limit and you,ll do fine with it,good luck.
around 20 ft. it's not a high profile one.
none
